Make your xml template size smaller by loading css file from other websites

Hi,Is your template codes are looking bulky? There is an simple and easy way for this to cut short your template code and load it from other websites.Things you need 1) www.sites.google.com Account 2)The css code of your website(you can get this in your source code) 3)A blog or website.
CSS CODES ARE LOOKING LIKE THIS
First thing is sign up for www.sites.google.com and next thing you have to do is find all the css code of your website.For blogger users go to Design>edit HTML  find the css code usually located after website designer credits and copy all the code till  ]]></b:skin> Next step is paste the following code in a notepad of your PC.save as the file name .css and upload it to sites.google.com as a css file.Next and the last thing is link uploaded file to your blog this is done by paste the below code in your HTML <head> tag i.e after <head> and before </head>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="YOUR UPLOADED FILE ADDRESS HERE" />
